There are many myths surrounding hospice care... everything from “Hospice is a place where someone goes to die.” to “Hospice is only for the final days of life.” This presentation debunks these common myths and provides the facts. Learn about hospice care as holistic, supporting the needs of the patient and family.
Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.
