Grieving the death of a loved one is never easy, but support from others and sharing your loss can lessen the burden. To help you, Community Hospice & Palliative Care conducts open bereavement support groups throughout the year. These support groups create a safe and comfortable environment where you can share with others who are grieving. Led by our trained bereavement counselors, these sessions are ongoing and available to anyone who has experienced a loss. This group meets one to two times a month depending on location.
