Don’t despair, because there are a number of non-drug tools you can use to cope with pain. Learn strategies to minimize your pain and discomfort, through physical, psychological and alternative therapies.
Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.
