Relieving Pain Using Non-Drug Options

Do you have difficulty sleeping, lack energy or the ability to do things because of chronic pain? Did you know that pain can also affect your mood and relationships with others? Don’t despair, because there are a number of non-drug tools you can use to cope with pain. Learn strategies to minimize your pain and discomfort, through physical, psychological and alternative therapies.

Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.
