There are many difficult conversations that are called for when providing care for a family member. The need for these arises both before and after the care starts. They can be difficult and make the situation worse – even if they are done well. Questions and answers are encouraged.
Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.
Community Serves Caregivers is open to the public and free to attend. Space is limited and registration is encouraged. For more information or to RSVP, please call 904.407.6464.
