Tree of Life and Candlelight Service of Remembrance

A Moving Holiday Tradition

The Annual Tree of Life and Candlelight Service of Remembrance honors the memory of the loved ones we have lost in a beautiful, inspiring program of music, verse and reflection. It also illuminates our Hadlow and Chapman campuses, with each light representing one of the patients Community Hospice & Palliative Care has served since 1979.

Believing that love always remembers, Community Hospice & Palliative Care warmly invites you to honor the memory of your loved ones at the 31st Annual Tree of Life celebration. You can participate in this meaningful and reflective service by:

  • Purchasing one of the gifts shown below that will commemorate someone dear to you as part of this special evening and help support quality, compassionate care for the 1,600 patients and families we help guide each day.
  • Attending one of the services:
