New Officers and Members Named for Community Hospice & Palliative Care St. Augustine/St. Johns County Advisory Council

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Community Hospice & Palliative Care has elected community leaders to officer and new member positions on its St. Augustine/St. Johns County Advisory Council.

The council provides invaluable insights into the advanced illness needs of the St. Augustine and St. Johns communities, while helping to organize and support community efforts to raise funds and awareness for Community Hospice & Palliative Care. The council plays a prominent role in organizing several area events, including The Derby Run party for Community Hospice & Palliative Care each May and the Circle of Angels holiday-themed benefit in December.

“It’s so important to have this dedicated group of community leaders’ advice and guidance as we serve the patients, families and this community,” said President and CEO Susan Ponder-Stansel.

Advisory council members serve a 3-year term and can be re-elected.
