Each December, Community Hospice & Palliative Care invites families, friends and community members to come together to remember and honor the people who hold a special place in their lives. Our Tree of Life ceremonies will take place throughout the communities we serve. Each Tree of Life will feature personalized tributes in memory of loved ones, creating a special place for reflection and remembrance.
