We invite you to celebrate the memory of your loved one at Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s 35th Annual Tree of Life Celebration! Our trees will be adorned with ribbons, and this year, we will have special trees recognizing our youngest patients and children from our community. We encourage all family and friends attending our Tree of Life and Candlelight Ceremony of Remembrance to bring a photo of their loved one to display on the memory table. Personalized Ribbon Order
The 2025 Tree of Life will feature lights and ribbons representing those who have lost loved ones in our community. When you register for the event, you will be prompted to personalize up to four (4) ribbons. We hope you will join us for this meaningful and reflective service. By paying tribute to the people who hold a special place in your life through the Tree of Life celebration, you support our mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive palliative and hospice care to patients and their families in the communities we serve.
