November 19, 2025 (Saint Augustine, Fla.) – Community Hospice & Palliative Care welcome families and friends to its 35th Annual Tree of Life and Candlelight Service of Remembrance on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus, 1355 U.S. Highway 1 South, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Prelude music begins at 5:45 p.m., followed by the remembrance service at 6 p.m.
This year’s Tree of Life will feature trees adorned with ribbons dedicated to loved ones, including special trees recognizing Community Hospice’s youngest patients and children from across the community. Guests are encouraged to bring a photo of their loved one to place on the memory table as part of the evening’s reflection and tribute.
Attendees may personalize up to four memorial ribbons during registration. The event is free and open to the public. By participating, supporters help advance Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for patients and their families across the region. On-site parking will be available, with overflow parking and a shuttle service provided. In addition, a live stream will be available for those who cannot attend in person, allowing the community to share the experience from anywhere.
