The festive holiday season can be challenging for those grieving the death of a loved one. They may find themselves torn between the need to grieve and the pressure to get into the holiday spirit.

Community Hospice & Palliative Care offers Hope for the Holidays. This workshop will help attendees learn ways to cope with grief during the holiday season, determine what is right for them and their families, and refocus energy on positive activities that honor and remember their loved ones. Attendees will leave with renewed hope for the upcoming season.
