Grieving in the Time of COVID-19

Grieving the death of a loved one is difficult and painful. Current safety guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic can make grief even more difficult. Social distancing, inability to meet with others and increased anxiety can all impact grief.

The Bereavement Department of Community Hospice & Palliative Care is offering free interactive video conferencing presentations and discussions. We’ll review how the pandemic can impact grief, discuss healthy ways to deal with the grieving process and learn how to overcome obstacles to your grieving.

It is easy to sign up and participate. You will need:

  1. Internet connection/Wi-Fi
  2. Computer, smartphone, or tablet (with or without a camera)
