You will be working for an award-winning non-profit that is growing and focused on meeting the hospice and palliative care needs of our community. Since 1979 we have worked hard to earn our reputation as the Compassionate Guide®, helping approximately 1,300 patients every day and their families to live better with advanced illness. Whether at home, long term care or assisted living facilities, Jacksonville-area hospitals or one of our six inpatient care centers, consistently high satisfaction outcomes make us a respected leader known for dignity, integrity and quality care in our five-county service area.
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate pediatric palliative and hospice nurse to identify and coordinate patient/family needs and to provide supportive and preventative care to the complex chronically or terminally ill pediatric patient and their family unit.
