Job Description: The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of company-wide organizational development and training programs. The OD Manager plays a pivotal role in organization development and initiative launches across Community Hospice & Palliative Care, with a focus in key areas such as talent management, leadership development, performance management, engagement, selection and assessments, career development, metrics, and the development and implementation of analytics, succession management and workforce planning.

 

Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a college degree in education, business, human resources, organizational development or related field with a minimum of three to five years of training or organizational development experience and three years of internal consultation and corporate training experience, including working with senior managers to improve workgroups, teams and organizations. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology or related field.
