Hospice Aide (CNA) – Inpatient Center for Caring
Hours: Full-time, 12 hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (shift hours 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Part-time, PRN
Location: Positions are available throughout the five county areas: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, & St. Johns.

Under the direction of the Manager in the various Community Hospice & Palliative Care inpatient facilities, performs basic patient care activities necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of terminally ill patients in various settings. Works with the interdisciplinary group (IDG) to provide quality patient care, weekend and holiday work is required. Must be available to work holidays and weekends as required by Community Hospice & Palliative Care policy.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Current licensure as a CNA in the state of Florida. Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s insurance carrier. Must have six (6) months experience of either homecare, hospital, and/or long term care. Experience in caring for the terminally ill preferred. Reliable transportation required. Level II AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) Background Screening.
