Job Description: Lead and manage compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs and processes in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and competitive Total Rewards practices.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus four (4) years of Human Resources administration experience in the analysis, design, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to this position. Experience working with wellness programs and in leave management programs preferred. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification preferred. Experience with HR systems; specifically Workday HRIS highly desired.
