Chapman Family Community Campus – 1355 US Hwy 1 South\, St. Augustine\, FL 32084\n\nOct 29 @ 03:00 PM – 4:00 PM\n\n\nUnderstanding Grief: A Program for the Newly Bereaved\nUnderstanding Grief is designed to help people learn that healing is possible after the death of a loved one and there are effective ways to cope with grief and loss. \nThe 1-hour presentation will help attendees: \n\nIdentify normal responses to loss\nIdentify coping skills that may be helpful\nUnderstand the importance of self-care in the grieving process\n\nUnderstanding Grief is designed to be most helpful for those who have experienced a loss within the last 90 days\, and are at least 18 years old. Register today by calling 904.407.7001. \nAll Community Hospice & Palliative Care bereavement services are free of charge to hospice families for up to 13 months after a loved one’s death.
