Please join the Neviaser Educational Institute at Community Hospice & Palliative Care for our annual Hospice Foundation of America program focusing on grief issues. It will be an afternoon of education and moderated discussion led by a group of experts in the field of complicated grief.
This 2017 program from HFA’s award-winning Living with Grief® series will assist those working with the bereaved understand, assess and assist people who may be experiencing complicated forms of bereavement. The program begins with an overview of contemporary work on complicated grief and includes interventive strategies to support grievers experiencing complicated forms of grief.
This program will consist of a two-hour video presentation followed by a live one-hour moderated panel discussion. The first 10 attendees to arrive will receive a free copy of the companion book "When Grief is Complicated," and participants are eligible for complimentary CE credits. Refreshments will be served and the program is presented at no cost to participants.
