After a significant loss many grievers lack the desire, motivation, or even the skills to cook for themselves. In this 1 ½ workshop, participants will learn about normal grief and its impact on appetite, cooking, and eating habits. We will also discuss ideas for meal planning, tips for the grocery store, and how to cook smaller portions for less waste. Helpful hints about storage, single servings, and short cuts in the kitchen will be shared as well.
