Germs Protect Thyself! How to Keep Those Germs at Bay

Germs are everywhere, so how do we protect ourselves and learn ways to control the spread of germs? This program delves into how we get sick, defines common bacteria, signs, and symptoms of diseases and simple ways to protect yourself.

Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.

Community Serves Caregivers is open to the public and free to attend. Space is limited and registration is encouraged. For more information or to RSVP, please call 904.407.6464.
