Dementia: Use of Memory Aids

This program describes the changes that happen in the brain with dementia. It also explains how and why memory aids can assist people with serious memory issues, the components of an effective memory aid and how to make one.

Community Serves Caregivers is a support program that provides social and educational support for those caring for an adult family member or a child with a serious chronic condition. The Community Serves Caregivers meets the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stephen R. Chapman Family Community Campus in St. Augustine.
