Healthcare Professionals: Established in 2001 as an educational resource for advanced illness studies, the Charles M. Neviaser Educational Institute at Community Hospice offers area healthcare professionals a variety of continuing education opportunities. Community Hospice is accredited by state and national certifying agencies to offer Continuing Education (CE) credits to nursing staff and licensed mental health professionals. Program topics may include hospice overview, grief and loss, pain management, ethics, advance directives and more. Many of these programs meet state guidelines for maintaining licensure and are appropriate for small groups or large audiences. Neviaser Educational Institute staff are pleased to be a part of your on-site education or host your staff at one of our facilities.
