Get Support:
For Family Caregivers

What additional support does Community Hospice offer family caregivers?

Group educational programs. In addition to the personalized support provided to family caregivers who have a loved one enrolled in Community Hospice care, we offer group educational programs designed to help caregivers take care of themselves and learn more about caring for their loved ones. This gives you an opportunity to network and share your feelings with others going through similar challenges. Your loved one doesn't have to be enrolled in our care program for you to participate. Go to the Calendar of Events and Community Education and Support sections of this web site to find out about upcoming programs for caregivers like you.

Grief and bereavement counseling. After the passing of your loved one, Community Hospice's bereavement specialists will be there with individual consultations, family and couples counseling, support groups and information to help you cope with your loss. Go to the Support for Family Members After a Loss and Grief & Bereavement sections of this site to learn more.

Helpful information you can use now. For helpful information you can use now, go to the Family Caregiving section of this site.

And if you are not already enrolled in a program of care from Community Hospice, please call us at 904.596.6500 (866.253.6681 toll-free) to learn more about how you and your loved one might be able to begin receiving the support you deserve.
