“We are fortunate to have Pat serve as Community Hospice’s clinical services administrator.  Her combined background in operations data analysis and skilled nursing facility management will ensure focused leadership in managing the growth of our clinical division,” stated Kathy Johnson.

Hammond is a member of several health care associations including the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Florida Health Care Association and the American Health Care Association.  She received her bachelor’s degree in business services and her master’s of business administration from the University of Toledo.
