The McGraw Center for Caring will open to patients in late November 2007, to meet the growing demand for hospice services in southern Duval County, the Beaches area and northern St. Johns County. The facility was built through a donation to Community Hospice through the Donald C. McGraw Foundation in memoriam for Anne and Donald McGraw.

Their three surviving sons are Donald III “Josh,” of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Robert L.W., of Sheffield, MA, and David W., of Osterville, MA. A fourth son, Peter S. McGraw, predeceased them.
