Get Informed: What kind of help does Community Hospice offer caregivers? A skilled, compassionate team is available to offer support for family caregivers of Community Hospice patients through the regular program of care, with added opportunities for respite, counseling, and workshops designed to help caregivers take care of themselves and learn more about caring for their loved ones. Grief & bereavement support is also offered free of charge to family members for up to 13 months following the death of their loved one. Everyone, even those whose deceased loved one was not involved with Community Hospice, can use our grief and bereavement support services. For full information on our services, go to the Community Hospice Care and Support for Family Caregivers sections of this site.
