About Us:
History

More than 25 years ago, a few individuals joined forces to bring a new and specialized kind of care to area residents. The efforts of two nurses, one minister and a small group of volunteers have since grown to become one of the largest hospices in the country, and the program they began in metropolitan Jacksonville now reaches patients throughout Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties. Through our history, growth and reach, we are a hospice that is truly of and for the community.
