Community Hospice Foundation is dedicated to advancing philanthropy to enable Community Hospice of Northeast Florida to fulfill its mission and vision of compassionate care and end-of-life education.
The funds raised through Community Hospice Foundation provide support to the unfunded and underfunded patient care programs and services that enhance the quality of life for those living with advanced illness. It enables Community Hospice to continue to provide compassionate care to all who need it, regardless of a person’s ability to pay.
